i was gonna get 2 of those but the supplier cut off that company but i have the TX series speakers ( decent entry level) and i just got the CW12 in today and tried it great subs... im sure that it can handle close to 1000wrms and it is CAE certified so should be. dont know how much your getting it for but if you got a good deal on them get it. i got my cw12 on clearence at 100$ each and they retail for 299$
