To answer your question, there is no such thing as the “Best” sub. There are idyllic drivers for your projected application, and you can narrow your search down that way, but even then sound quality becomes subjective. I think that’s what is so fantastic about this hobby. Be glad all and sundry does not have the same listening tastes, for it would get enormously lackluster this hobby of ours.

cheap, great SQ and i hit 142 with 600 watts on one in a 3 cube bow tuned to 30hz. Best $100-$150 u can spend on a sub.
