I'm not at home right now and am building a box for my subs. I need to know the hole size and outside diameter of the basket so I can finish this box. My subs are DD 9510F series and on the DD website they have G series and B series listed, but I am not 100% sure if B's are the same dimensions of the F's. I didn't know that I was going to building this bos this weekend or I would have measured them or brought them with me. Somebody on here must know this info off the top of their head?

Thanks Yuli. The box is getting close to being finished, less whatever I do with the outside. I custom made it to fit in my Quad Cab Dakota. I just have to finish the cross brasing (which there is a shitload of) and then the triple 3/4" thick front.

The cross bracing is finally all in and all I have left to do is cut the holes and install the front plates. Something is telling me that the outside dimension of the basket was 10.25". I remember this because when I was designing the box I was trying to determine how close together the subs could go or whether or not I would have to stagger them. I may have to wait until tomorrow night when I go back home to cut in the holes, which doesn't bother that much beacuse I can't cut in the Aeroports until then anyhow as they are at home with the subs. The cutout of just over 9" does sound right though. As I mentioned, the front plate is 3 layers of 3/4" MDF thick with the last layer cut out larger to recess the woofers into the front of the box, which is why I needed the exact outside measurement.
