I think you have Richard mixed up with someone else regarding the dust cap loss. Richard has not lost anything. His intention is to drive the SPL-12 with 5kw this weekend. It should be interesting to see the results - either good OR bad.  | |

It should be interesting to see the results - either good OR bad. | He was refering to me.. I have had caps blown off.. well... technically, nothing to do with the dust caps. The top layer of paper would seperate from the rest of the cone resulting in the dust cap coming off.. It may have been a faulty couple of cones, but I don't know.
Also the first one happened when Wall Socketing the sub. I would like to get this test done too, but nothing's been set up yet.
