K if u have a computer subwoofer thatz got like itz own box right, if u enclose it in any other type of box even cardboard or just put like a wooden box overtop of it, does it make it louder? (keep in mind that itz still in the original box so in the end itz in two boxes)

Probably a stupid question but I wanna know lol [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]

That would be making a bandpass box, so yes it could make it louder, but without the proper calculations you are wasting your time, well actually you are wasting your time listening to computer speakers anyways.

Lol I cant afford a better set of speakers for the computer, and I wanna annoy the heck out of my neighbors because they annoy me so Im trying to find a way to make the bass louder lol OF course if I knew how I suppose I could just hook up my amp and sub from my car and that would kill them lol and already I feel people banging on the walls and ceiling... lol

I actually did that to my 4" computer sub like a week ago....it survived the first .5 second burp but then after a two second burp it smoked badly
