anybody know about using stiff copper wire?

ive seen on a different forum, a guy did a custom install. his box was half plexiglass so you could see inside.

his wires inside of the box connecting the speaker to the the outputs on the outside of the box, were some type of thick, stiff copper wire.

the wire was about maybe 6 gauge, shiny copper and stiff. he made some bends to make it work and it looked really professional and custom.

does anybody know what im talking about? id like to see if i can find some of this wire...maybe it was just some generic copper wire from home depot or something??

Europeans. They always seem to up the ante in how much time and effort they will put into a project.

Over the years there's been a few people who have used solid copper rod for either speaker or power connections.
