i have been told that the mt is better for spl by some and by others the atomic apx and the dd 9515.....which one is more efficient? the mt's they give you nothing for efficiency, air space, hardly no nothing at all including no warrenty. the dd everyone says, its more for daily than spl, more efficient and so on.... the apx i hear you can put tons of watts on it as like the others!! my main question is.....is there a clear and present champ here or is it all a matter of opinions and the one that you like?

i will be buying 2 z-1 amps, just wanna know which one do i need for me using these amps. i want the numbers only. and if needed 2 more z-1's!!

NEED TWO 15's anyone????????.................................... ........................

its all dependant on the install.

the one thing i would say thats pretty general is that the 9515 will sound better if given the right box than the other two subs mentioned. Recones do cost a lot more than atomics or REs though

Hellz no there is no champ. Each sub will perform differently in different applications and installs. Best way to look at it is who was using what at finals and where did they place. Just about everyone will agree though that the RE MT is not much of a street sub.

I would have to say the DD9515. Up till now they had an excursion travel of 75mm which is fantastic.. thats on the 9515f, the new DD 9515g is upto 82mm of travel. Sound great too if in a big box. Running 2 z1's will be perfect, 1 per sub. Though for the Z1's serious electrical upgrades will be needed. Bigfger alt, and for batteries check out the Kinitic 2400's or NSB90's. For 2 Z1's I would have 3-4 batts with multiple runs of 0/1 ga.

who would have thought a magnet cover would give it an additional 7mm of travel

x2....LOL you soundpressure guys are all alike. LOL

Now why do people think DD subs need large boxes? I have never figured that one out......I have played with DD subs longer then most people on his forum and i will tell you now that they perform better, and louder in smaller boxes, in street setups.

true... im running a pretty small 4 cube box for my 9515 powered by an orion 2500D and well... it still pounds

i havent been up with all this stuff long but it seems to me that people just follow... no one ****ing leads... pussies... sure DD its loud and sounds nice... but i am ****ing noticing how much people just follow what other people say... test it yourself... i say my system is loud but thats only cause its the only system that has been loud that i have really ever had

its all up to you... what sounds like shit to one person will sound great to another... if you think you Pyle Pro sounds awsome.... GREAT for you, keep it that way its cheaper than ****ing keeping up with all this BS...

maybe its cause its 3 in the morning and ive had a few too many beer but seriously its up to the person.... DD sounds awsome... but thats in my opinion when it comes down to it, its you dropping the money. spend your money however you want, and good luck with whatever you choose

GL
cheers
