what brand and model numbers should i be looking at? alpine, pioneer, etc. need something that wont turn off with low voltage (just below 10volts)

looking into apline but kinda pricey

its really between alpine and pioneer. i'd go for whatever u can get cheaper but ask PT about their alpine prices first.
