You also should of kept the rubber ring,(that comes with the driver) on the surround part of the sub, to help hold down the surround around the basket, to achieve better contact.
I`m just telling you what i know and have found out personally, that cost us hundreds in recones and better placement at finals in past years. Please wear a mask when reconing!!

| good luck trying to get it off...its likely that the surround will rip if you tr to pry it off then you will be in a worse spot than you are. Plus if you can't get the spiders off you can't grind down the basket anyway so you will be putting new glue onto the old glue which won't be any better anyway. Basically you should have had someone else do it, but since its over now you may as well just use them and if they break get new recones when it happens |

| yeah man, dont try to lift the surround, youll rip it, and it wont hold after. Next time ya get recones contact peter, he's become a master after doing all my subs last season lol.
