If you really want to try out a bass horn in your car, have a look at the "tapped horn" systems. They're smaller than "true" bass horns, so it should be easy enough to fit one or more in a vehicle.

A Google Search on "tapped horn" should turn up a number of useful links.

Mauhorn is quite efficient...exponential horn is better, but the space required for bass frequency is way too big....for a horn the work in a vehicle, you'll need a school bus.
folded horns lack efficiency of a well tuned ported enclosure.
i have a mauhorn sub box that does 147db with 1 10" l7@ 200hz....box filled a 8 cuft area......
you'll have better success with spending your cash on a termlab, and kill fewer trees.
