AB 500.1 vs. AB 700.1 in Street A

Hey guys im just trying to figure out what amp I will run this year in street a. Its the first time I really have to worry about efficiency because I have always been in ss with a battery bank. I was wondering if the 700.1 does well on 12 volts and if its worth the extra $$. Any other amp suggestions would be appreciated too.

Havent tested myself but I dont think the 700.1 will be very good at 12volt with a limited battery, I would stick with the 500.1

yea do the 500.1 the 700.1 isnt worth the extra money

remember street A is 650 ci batt now...the 500.1 would do very well on a good small batt like that. Theyre a little picky though

Bro we have ran 4 500.1s of 1 nsb90 so 2 500.1 will run of a 650ci batt no problem. Plus the new amp will run of a 650ci batt also.
