the car isnt welded together there, the roofs are one piece, stress cracks created around the sunroof opening over time are possible which could lead to this.

Sorry man but you're wrong on this one.

Frankie has been bumping the hell out of this system for a long time... this is just metal fatigue causing the roof to split. (a lot of the super street SPL cars have this problem)
