TF1's seem like rally good sub.... As citrate said plot I mean slot port dude... if u tune to 32-38 hz it will sound great pound like a bitch but not so great for numbers on the mic. more like 45-50 I dunno much about that car personally.

Fire the subs forward sealed off from the trunk with a slot port in the center tuned to your preference. personally i would do around 34-35hz. try to seal it off properly. try to keep the port around 15sq" per cubic feet. and dont skimp on a good solid box build.

In a regal i would suggest tuning of 45-50 seal off the trunk from the cabin with subs and port facing into the cabin, slot port drivers side with port size 60-70% of your total cone area.

Don't know bout a regal but my Grand Prix seems to like 47 hz. I'm using 2 tens, and 5k with a huge slot port on driver side. 13.5H x 10W x 29L.

All my tests have shown subs firing forward and box all the way to the back to be loudest. Don't know what will work for you. Just gotta test, adjust, test some more, adjust, etc.. until you get it right.

146.8 best to date. Looking for a 47+ this weekend.
