You can get the best of both worlds SQ and SPL. I have a 05 ram 1500 with 4 12" pioneer premiere low pro subs it sound great and pounds hard real hard. My amp is an old school orion hcca 150R . I have owned this amp since new thats rite people 10 years of flawless use. [Dont let any1 tell you that you cant get SQ and SPL cause there wrong. I also have a 2 farid cap and a audio control line driver, pheonix gold zero point 5 25" mids tweeters are soundstream ring radiaters. This set up sounds wiked.

You have some really nice gear. Have you had it evaluated by a professional sound quality judge yet?

I am a huge fan of Orions HCCA lineup! Running one of their amps right now for the past couple months at 1ohm, and never had any problems with it.

Ron and Norb, I have old school Orion stuff also. I have Orion Cobolt amps, Orion XTR subwoofers, Orion DEQ30 and Orion active crossover. Purchased this stuff way back in 1999 and it's still working fine.
