I am looking for some decently prices 5 and 1/4 component sets for my automobile for less then 200$.

The 2 choices I have as it appears right now (That I know i can get for that price and availability) are:

TS-C520PRS Pioneer Premiers

KS52 Kicker Components

They will be powered by a Alpine MRPF450 V-Power amp.

Or feel free to make any other suggestion in that price range...

It has 4x6's stock and it is a mod to put 5 and 1/4 in there... If I could do 6's I would but there is not room...

of the choices Id definatly say the pioneers !

other then that there are lots of excellent speakers out there you can probably get for under 2bills...... you should pick the ones that will work best for your specific application....

I have a set of darn good Infinity 5.25" components here for that price shipped. They are demo but they work 100%.

personnaly I like infinity's but I have to admit they is a lack of mid bass in them, so depnding on the sub you have and how high it can go efectively infinity's could be a good choice, too...

there is a lot of speakers in this range of price that could do the job, would definatly give a chance to CDT because their price , in my opinion is underated, but even if you don't go in cdt you are gonna be able to find something...

If your interested in going to 6.5's check out eBay: 6½" speaker adapters for Cavalier Sunfire Grand Am NR (item 330052441806 end time Nov-27-06 18:33:25 PST). I ordered a set for my 89 maxima and they fit perfectly.
