Well first off if they're L5's they're rated at 300wRMS and if they're L7's then they're rated at 450wRMS.
However both can take a good bit more than rated in the right box.
If they're 4ohmsDVC then a good amp would be a KX500.2 from kicker... these push around 650wRMS in reality and will give you every bit from the L5's you can get with out worrying too much about blowing them.
If they're 4ohms total load each... meaning 2ohms together then a Kicker KX600.1 is a great amp.
Even more importantly than the amp though is the box... I strongly advise you to run these ported... they already have alot of punch to them so the quality of sound won't lose much by going ported and low end response and output will gain alot.
A box with 0.88 cubic feet per sub tuned to 38Hz is ideal IMHO.
Sealed they can't take as much power and you lose a good bit of output below 50Hz on the 8's.
These are amazing subs if installed right... you'll love them.
