^ Nope, just ask Haunz...everything sounds the same

What amps do you run?

Where are your comps installed?

Do you have a sub?

All things to think about.

Get an amp on those speakers, it is going to bring them to life. After that it is going to be a serious upgrade in speakers for a improvement in tonal response. A newer deck may have more bells and whistles, that is about it.

^^what he said! You may want to look into a subwoofer system as well. The deck is the last thing I'd change, unless it can give you time alignment functions and a good cross over system.

Not everything sounds the same.

Power output, xovers, EQ, media, can play an audible factor. Just not the DAC's

brandon i have my tweeters in the sail panel where the factory ones were my car is a 99 grand am if that can give you a better visual. i only have a kenwood kac-6402 amp on them right now but i am moving up to a infinty 7541a and i do not have a sub as i want to complete the 4 speaker setup and than worry about the sub.

So your tweets are in the sail and the midrange is in the door?

Maybe try a kickpanel for the midrange.

I dunno.....a sub would really finish out your system in terms of sound, then over time you can mess with the little details like imaging and tonality.

IMO I'd ditch the rear speakers and upgrade the front speakers.....and maybe add a bit more power.(amp)
