Getting the most out of 2 sets of components

So I have two sets of Infinity Perfect 6.5 in. components and luckily have lots of space in my Dodge Magnum to install them...only with so many options I don't know where to best mount them?

I want to get the most out of them but don't know what would be best to produce good imaging, and overall good sound quality.

First question...I've read that it is important to mount the tweeter close to the midbass to avoid seperation in the music, but what if you have two seperate components....do both tweeters from one side need to be mounted close to one another? (for instance two midbasses and two tweeters in each door with the tweeters side by side)

Or...say mount one set in the doors and one set in kickpanels?

Second question...would I necessarily use both sets of tweeters or should I eliminate one set of tweeters and use the other with the four midbass speakers which are less directional?

Lastly, what about having one set of tweeters close to the midbass and another on the dash or in the A-pillars to raise the soundstage?

As you can see I am little overwhelmed. Thanks for the help.

personally I'd put the two mids as close together in the doors then use a single set of tweets and experiment with best location, a pillars, sails, doors....try them all to see what you like best.

What he said↑ however I would use both sets of tweeters and reduce the gain on the second tweeter pairs.

build a set of kick panels, put the 2 mids a 1 set of tweeters on each side, then add a second set of tweeters in the pillars facing at eachother, then use L pads to lower the attuention. you can buy L pads at...

if you want the most out of the components, I'd install each set in a different vehicle....

there is lots of interesting shit you could do with multiple speakers.... and so far gumby has the best advice IMO..... but common, one mid is hard enough to find space for in a kick let alone two..... not to mention that a so called imaging tweeter probably should not be playing the same frequencies as your main tweet... IMO anyway....

if you want loud install both sets...... probably be more then you need anyway.....

otherwise Id keep it simple, stupid.......

I think you are probably right. I've been thinking about it a little more. One set of components in the front will probably fulfill my needs...

If I built a set of kick panels and use the other set to upgrade my rear fill I still have the stock door locations that can probably easily accomodate upto an 8 inch sub...
does that change anything?...
is their anything else I should consider...
somebody told me to put 8 inch subs in the doors handling mids to lows to help bring the bass to the front and improve imaging...but isn't that the same as having a second set of mids from the components?
