Vinyling should have been done two months ago when it would have made everything soft and stretchy.

A hair dryer and patience are your best friends.

On the topic of big power / small footprint amps.....nobody has mentioned MMATS yet.

I remember a few years ago when they had the D100HC-D300HC amps......pretty big power and they were really compact, they could easily have been mounted under a seat and make 1500WRMS all day long.

They make nice stuff, I'm a big fan of thier older equipment....I haven't heard anything about them recently though, must have fallen off the face of the earth, although they never really did get a whole lot of recognition from what I remember.

For me, I'm partial to a few amps.

Rockford
Xtant
Zapco
Audison
Kicker

I've either owned or installed all of them. Never had a problem and my Rockford 301S has played 1ohm mono and not died....so hats off to it.

old school seems to be a more popular choice for many.soundstream reference- clean, loud and precise. I'm now using a sundown SAZ 1500D-runs my 13w7 sweet at 3/4 ohm.
cheers

Yea, there supposed to be along the lines of Genesis and stuff like that, but I've never actually heard one yet....there one of those "rare" amps that nobody seems to have.

With enough online hype from semi-credible people, it will probably be the next must-have niche brand. Like so many others that had their 15 min. in the e-spotlight.
