Alright, so I got finally got a set of Focal K2P's 6.5" (upgraded ones) for my `00 Monte Carlo SS. I had a friend who is a good fiberglass'er to come over and help plan the build on my inner door skins which left me with a couple questions.
Right now (in my winter car) I have a set of Focal Polyglass 3-ways (6.5",4",1") setup pushed by an Audison SRX3. I love the sound of this set and was wondering if it would be worth it to grab another set of K2P's (1 set per door) or if 1 set would be compareable to the Polyglass 3ways.

Lastly, for the midbass drivers anyone have better response with a certain type of enclousure size for the speaker or to use an infanite baffle.

Thanks alot ,
CanadianBassGuy

I would look at the 165KBE bass extension kit, this is a good way to keep the K2P SQ and at the same time reinforce the lower frequencies. Your front sound stage will achieve a new level of performance.

or you can do the 100k2p's

the old 3way k2p's had the 100k2p's and the new 3 way runs the 165k-- or you can do the 13be's

Thanks for the help guys. I believe I will go with the 165KBE's to reinforce the mid-bass. The BE stuff would be sweet just too much $$$.
