Well I know its been a while since I updated. I got lots to say but I’m going to try and keep it short. first off. door panels are back and fixed. they look brand new, but I don’t have any pictures cause about 20 min after I got them I started laying fiberglass on them. got pics of that. laying the fiberglass was not that hard, I just hope I taped everything off well enough. Also I got my head liner and pillars back. they look great but the pillar don’t fit now cause there’s to much material on them. but I can fix it later buy cutting some off. no worries for now I will do that when the cars closer to being done. oh ya I got pics of that too. also I did some more sound dreading, and I have used expanding fome to help seal the trunk from the cab of the car. I want all the sound and equipment in the cab of the car.

I guess I didn't tell everyone yet I didn’t make the decision on what gear to get. Well as you know I go the F#1 deck and processor but today I ordered the 3 way f#1 speakers and the flip out screen and I also ordered 2 F#1 amps. so now I got the hole system on its way or in my position except for the sub. I move back where I wanted to put the sub. its now going in the gap area in-between the trunk and cab, at least the box is. the sub will stick out. I don’t' know if I’m going with a 10 or 12 yet will see what fits.

I also wanted to tell you how the speakers are getting placed. in the factory 6 1/2 location I fiber glassing out and mounting the 7inch exposed. up near the top of the door where there used to be a vent for AC I’m going to mold in the 4 inch. and I will make a little pod for the tweet on the sail panel. I haven’t started on the mid or tweet part yet cause the 7 in is the hard part. anyway here’s the pics hope you enjoy.

Well im sure most of you out there forogt about my little project. I didnt even come close to getting it done for this past summer season. I dont think it will be done befor the end of fall. I did get in over my head with this car. My advice to anyone is not to try and go so big on your first real car. I have kinda given up on the hole build it to the rules idea seeing i know it wont make it to world finals. I might worry about it in my next car. I really wish I got it finnished this summer but I was Djing every weekend and had no time. What i Really want is a car that makes me happy. (if there is such a thing) I just want amazing sound and i want it to work and be practical. So Just thought i would let you know where i am. I have done some bondo work on the door panels. ****ed up one real good by not adding enought catylists and had to remove all the bondo and start again with that door. but i'm about 2 more layers away from getting them wraped so maby this week end or next. when i get them finnished i will show u all pic. that back seat area i have not even started on but i did build my sub box a while ago. i have not mounted it yet so nothing to show you all there. It will go in the back seat area and it will be flanked by my amps. Well i did get something done this summer i bought all the gear going in the car. I just got my 2 yellow tops last week and about $1000 worth of conection's wire, distros and rca's. (that an electtromedia company). Also about 2 weeks ago i got the rest of my F1 stuff home. So now as far as i know have one of the most complete f1 systems out there. i got 2 mrv-f900 the f1 dvd screen , ai-net adaptor, and my fave part my 3 way f1 speakers (spx-z18t) also i got a type x 12. and as you should allready know i got the f1 deck and pxi h900. I didn bid on a second pxih900 on ebay. dont know why but 2 is better than one. hehe. anyway hope to show you all some real progress soon.
