hey guys i need some help...
the woofers on my psds are making a pop sound everytime the bass hits hard at high volume....

how can i fix it??.... i've been fiddling with the crossover on the amp.... but i dunno what to do?

turn the volume down. oh and buy the way talk to patrick at trends and get a new set as you have now damaged your voice coils!! mb quart drivers are made to run in a free air setup ex. in a door. they dont work well in a sealed kick panel. if you are running them in a kick panel x them over no less than 200hz and up. this will definitly take care of the problem. keep them wired up as normal but put a 200mf cap on the positive lead of the woffer. good luck and enjoy pop free music. long live rock and roll.

put a high pass crossover on them like 90-100 hertz and up

ya i just fixed up... i turned down the gain and turned up the crossover... i think they're somewhere around the 100hertz range.
