Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum and have 2 questions.

First, I having trouble finding a hole in the firewall to install my power cable. I would prefer not to drill. Also running the cable under the car is not an option because the gas tank is right under the drive/pass seats. The amp is located under the drivers seat (cannot be moved). Is there any other options?

Second, Metra has not released any faceplates for the 07 Fit and I really want to keep the system looking factory as much as possible. Thankfully Audiocontrol has the LC6i line level adapter. Do I tap into the ign harness for the 12v turn on signal or pull the radio and check for 12v output from the oem deck ( which I believe 99% is the same a 2001+ civic harness )

So far I've installed 6.5" JL components in the doors and ran all the wires needed except the power, ground.

drilling is usually the easiest opyion you have, unless you wanna take your dash apart. my accord needed a hole, my friends civic needed a hole.. but not too sure about the fit's

I managed to get 4 gauga through a gromet under the A/C lines on the passenger side.
