if tes rca's to amps ,wire amp to speakers ,wire amp to sub ,run power to amps (use a fuse)run a wire form your deck to amps so they will go on

took this from crutchfield...this should help you out a bit

that pic uses a ground block..i have a cap installed as well.. i got my power going from battery to cap, and cap to MONO amp..and i grounded my 3 things..(cap, 4 chan, mono) to the same spot and it's been workin great, no hissing or anything from speakers..i dont like using ground blocks..if its not done right you can get gay ass noise through your speakers..if you can get a good ground point, it should be fine.. oh and if ur gonna buy a wiring kit that's fine, but if you decide to buy just cables and diy..don't get seperate fuses and distro blocks..get a fused distro block..you can get a knukoncepts for $20 from ebay..

Good picture.

There are a whole bunch of people who should look at that instead of asking newbie questions.

The manual from any high end deck also has a basic install diagram.

Those diagrams help alot but you have 1 power wire to a distribution block wouldnt it be better to run 2 seperate wires instead of trying to powrr 2 amps through 1. Also I was told instead of hooking up a capacitor to change my BIG # wires with 0/1 guage wire and it will give alot more power then a capacitor will. Does anyone know a good online place to order power wire.

Eric, you might notice in the picture that it is a bigger wire before the fuse block, usually # 4 to 1/0, and smaller wire to each amp. I use 1/0 with a 100 amp fuse to a 4 way fuse bock, then # 6 to each amp. You can't fit 0 into most amps.
I also have my caps on the battery side of the fuse block so that all amps can benefit from the cap, not just the sub amps.
I have all the amp and cap grounds connected at the same point, but others say they should be grounded separately. Whatever works.
