I am planing on installing my..

Pioneer Deck (DEH-7800MP)

Rockford Punch 4-Channel Amp (P450.4) 1350 Watts max (4 Ohm Output Power - Full Range 60 Watts)

its gona power 4 JBL 6 1/2" 2-Way Loud Speaker (P652) (75 Watts (RMS); 165 Watts (Peak))

then in the future i plan on getting adding a single 12" sub jbl runing a 320W jbl amp....

my question is what wirring set up should i run??? i am gona be runing around 1670w max would a 4 gauge main power wire then from Distribution Block run 8 gauge to each amp be sufficient?? or should i consider larger gauge just to be safe, or i got my info ****ed and should not be worried to much on the stated max out put and go by rms?

go by rms
your first idea will be fine
also check the "big 3" wires as they should be upgraded to 4awg if not already

Run 0awg, it may be overkill, but if you ever upgrade, you will be happy you did run it. 4awg would be sufficient, but I would suggest going higher if you plan on upgrading.
