Hey, this is all the stuff i have aswell with links that have the in depth informaton on each product my questions are below:

Deck
Pioneer DEH-P4600MP
(http://www.cardomain.com/item/PIODEHP4600MP) for more information

Back speakers
-Pioneer Premier TS-D901P
6"x9" 2-Way 350W Car Speakers (http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=14550) for information on them

Front speakers
-Pioneer TS-D161R
6-1/2" 2-Way 260W Car Speakers (http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=11961) for information on them

Subs (X2)
-Orion C2 122
12" 400W Dual 2-Ohm Subwoofer (http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=16585) for information on it)

Amps
-Infinity 310a Reference Series (http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_2575.html) for information on it
-Pioneer GM-7100M
(http://www.cardomain.com/item/PIOGM7100M) for information on it

I currently have the Pioneer powering the subs and the car speakers running from the deck. i want the speakers to run from the other amp though.

My Questions:
1.Will the pioneer amp be good enough for the subs (how sufficient)?
2.How can i hook up both of those amps in my car so the infinity powers the car speakers (or just the back speakers) do i have to run a whole new wire from the front to back? i am totaly clueless on how to do this.
3. what is the best way to hook all this up?
4. do i have every thing i need to sound good?
5. any aditional comments.

0. Don't use max power ratings for anything. Its BS. Read only RMS @ Ohms, otherwise its meaningless. RMS of amp can be slightly higher 10-20% of speaker rms.

1. The pioneer amp is ok, it will give you 175 wrms on each sub.
Not enough for me, maybe ok for some normal people (I'm a fanatic)

2. The infinity amp is a mono, sub only amp. Don't use it for full range speakers. Not enough power for subs either. Get a 4 channel amp with hpf for 4 speakers, or a 2 channel amp for door speakers and run the rear off deck power.
Big main power wire with fuse at battery to a fused distribution block in trunk. very standard. Its in every install manual. Big or bigger wire from - to chassis. Upsize alternator wire and ground engine or alt to chassis.

3. There is an old thread under install called wiring diagrams. Use it.

4. No, you need an amp for front or front and rear speakers. If you have'nt bought those door speakers yet, don't. Ungrade to component speakers. The tweeter can be mounted in door panel higher than the midrange for better imaging. Most of them swivel in thier mounts.

5. don't know how much money you have or what you've bought already. I'd recommend getting some help/advise from a professional install shop. If you buy from them, they'll usually give you a deal on install, and all the setup help/advise you need. If you buy internet, they won't help you a bit, so don't even ask. You're on you're own.

Good luck with all this, hope it helped.

alright im going to go with the component speakers becuase i havent baught door speakers yet all the other stuff is baughten.. umm So if my subs are getting 175 wrms does that mean they are fully powerd? or do i need a bigger amp to power them? then i can take the pioneer amp and power the in car speakers... also does the fact that the subs are 2 ohm's insted of 4 make any diference?

If they are 400 rms each and youre giving them 175 rms,do the math, But it wont hurt them underpowering them as long as you dont max youre gain out and clip the amp.
175 each is pretty low power for my taste but if it suits youre needs that all that matters.

NO, I told you to quite using max ratings.

Those subs are rated 200 wrms dual 2 ohm. If you wire each sub in series, then parallel them both on the same amp you'll have a 2 ohm total load.
That amp does 350 wrms @ 2 ohm.

Math is the easy part. 175 wrms on each sub rated 200 wrms. They're a bit underpowered. I run 380 wrms on each sub and i don't think its enough.
You could go as high as 250 wrms each on those subs.
