Here are a few pics of the trunk build. You can see how the subs are mounted. I didnt cut any metal on the rear deck. The subs just fire through the 6x9 holes.

Wow, Need more pictures.

Some more on the trunk would be nice, but that ACS is what I'm looking for. How did you implement this? What kind of fans did you use? How does the compressed air cool your amps? (is their a nozzle that blasts the air into the amp?) How did you get your ACS to read and react to temps accordingly?

I assume you made this ACS, as I've never heard of one before (not like that means any thing )

Yes, the trunk is the enclosure.

I did make the cooling system (ACS) from scratch. My first thought was to build a fluid system, but I kept thinking that it would leak. Air is a little easier to do. But I can convert this sytem to fluid very easily, and may still do so. Here are a few pics of the "ACS" as I like to call it.
The fist steps were to machine the aluminum plates that the fans would be mounted on.

These picures show most of the parts I needed to make the unit. I had to make my own CPU and power supply. All of these parts are available at most electronic shops. The tempreature sensors are mounted just inside the amps in 4 different sections.

In these pics you can see the fans for the incoming air (which is drawn from outside the car). You will also notice the nozzles for the compressed air drilled into piping. There are actully two aluminum plates, one that the fans are mounted to and the other for the amps. Foam gaskets were place between them to make sure I have minimal air loss.

I'm not an electronics guy at all. I just wanted the system bad enough that I had to figure it out. It wasnt that bad really.

Those two fans that suck air into the car from out side, where are they mounted? Under neath the car?

I think you need to upload more pictures.
