cut it and find a new one.. while scavenging the junk yard for extra Chrysler interior panel clips I discovered Hyundai clips are the bling! The middle piece screws out of the outter piece instead of having to be forcefully pulled out, making them easy to remove and easy to re-use..

Thats all I got for yeah...
