he's gooing for db drag street class where you can not moddify the body of the vehicle in any way except dynamat, so sealing of the trunk wont work here, we need a biggest box we can make and some how fit it in there.

Its an 89 z24 so trust me i would have a huge problem with sealing the trunk glass would have to be used all over the trunk to ensure a tight seal and no air leaking out of the trunk anywhere..... however for 2 strokers i would have to literally Have the trunk lid welded shut or a seal so thick i wouldnt be able to open it again plus the fact im dealing with a stock Granny rack (luggage rack on the lid) so it would be a **** load of holes to seal up......

The process I would go through then would be to take 3x4" MDF and cut it into panels to follow the outer boarders of the trunk as closely as possible, attaching them together with brads, glue, whatever you have. Then glass the whole works into one mass and put the top on over where the trunk opening is.

That should get most of the air in the trunk (y)
