do i need to be 1/8,3/16,1/4?
and how do you do a the face when the back is done ?i see/done the frame i know i get a attach flease then what ?
how do you do the back of the face?

3/8 to 1/2" thick and attatch to the baffle(face) with the same matt and resin you used to make the box

It has to be thicker at large flat spans, and can be a bit thinner at really curvy areas.
