Although the administrators and moderators of Canadian Car Audio - Canada’s #1 Car Audio Forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and not the owner of Canadian Car Audio - Canada’s #1 Car Audio Forum.
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws, in which if you do break any policies or rules you will be held fully liable.

We reserve to monitor any transactions on our site for security purposes. Neither the site owners, volunteers or vendors can be held responsible for the content of any message.
Controversial Topics
Controversial topics, such as religion, political debates, etc are allowed here. However, it is expected that you conduct these discussions in a calm, civil manner without resorting to personal attacks or flaming. If you are unable to do so in these discussions, you may find your posts removed from the thread.
Personal Attacks
Personal attacks will not be tolerated and are subject to editing, or deletion at the discretion of the moderation team. Offenders may be warned and may even be banned.
Racism
Threads or replies promoting or expressing intolerant views towards any group (race, religion) are not appropriate, and will not be allowed!
Signatures
No signature is to contain explicit images or advertising for any company / business. Failure to comply will result in your signature being modified.
Image size is also a factor, so please restrain from using images that send the forum tables out of shape.
All other forum rules also apply to the 'sigs' area. Promoting other 'same niche' forums is NOT permitted and will be dealt with on a user by user bases.
Spamming
Please do not spam our forum. Spammers will have their posts deleted and may possibly be banned immediately.
Threats
Threatening other board members will not be tolerated. This includes threats of physical violence, threats of property damage & death threats. The forum will cooperate with any and all police investigations.
Trolling
Trolling, or makings posts with the sole intention of creating discontent or problems on the forums is against the forum rules. This includes registering an alternate ID for the sole purpose of creating problems on the forums. Troll ID's will be locked immediately and permanently, and can be locked without notification to the offender. A second ID, by the same person, on this site is considered trolling. You may be banned. If you require a second account, please contact the site administrator before hand.
Classifieds (WANT TO BUY)
If the staff of the site see WTB (want to buy) adds posted in any section other than the appropriate forum, they will delete the post. If you re-post it in these forums again you’re subject to warnings and or possible removal from the forum/site.
Classifieds (SELLING)
This section was created for people to sell their forum subject related items. Be sure to include a price (mandatory) & location (mandatory) and pictures if you have them. Selling multiple items, please post them under one topic and update your post when you have sold items. Updating the thread may be done via a simple reply.
Include contact information: E-mail address. It is good business to conduct most elements of your transaction in the Private Message.
If you feel like you have a comment (valid or not) about the product being sold by the individual please PM him and tell him in private. DO NOT post your comments about any products in the thread, they may be deleted and you may be warned or banned.
Commercial Posters
Please contact the administrator of the site regarding commercial advertising. All non sponsoring commercial posts will be reviewed and possibly deleted. Your advertisement may be deemed commercial at the staffs’ discretion.
Conducting business via private message is not permitted unless you are a paying vendor. Using your shop name as your username is not permitted unless you’re a paying vendor.
Some reasons your post may be deemed commercial is because you’re selling multiple new items in a post, multiple new items among posts, selling items with a business email (smith @ newitems.biz) etc etc
Sponsor – Advertiser – Vendor Rules + Policies
All sales 100% final with no refunds. NO REFUNDS!
Sponsor – Advertiser – Vendor must agree to all polices and rules above. Breaking the rules will have you removed from the site with no refund.
WTB (want to buy) ads should be replied to via private message.
Personal shop promotions should be saved for their personal vendor area, not regular forum discussion.
Product line promotions should be left for vendors personal area, not regular forum discussion.
No vendor is permitted to redirect their banner or end url to a competitive forum, be it a shop forum or other. Forums may exist on a vendors site, but cannot be the focus point of their advertising on CCA. If you only list your sales in a forum, then you will not be compliant to be an advertiser here.
No vendor may purchase advertising under their company to promote another company.
On applicable sites, 1 sticky thread in the classifieds is permitted. You can post as many products within it. Please verify that this site is applicable.
Vendors are allowed to organize group buys. Please contact the admin if doing so. Group buys will be posted in the vendor area but the staff will organize the publication to the rest of the users.
Vendors are allowed to give away product. If doing so the staff will work with you in promoting the giveaway via mass email blasts or other means we may feel appropriate. Contact the admins to discuss.
All vendors are expected to handle disputes with customers in private message. All customer complaints in the public forum will be locked after both parties have commented. When both parties agree that the situation is resolved, thread will be removed to a private admin area if all parties agree. The staff is here to protect the consumer, the vendor and the forum.
Signatures are to be reasonable in size. Huge advertisements will be removed at the discretion of the staff. Yes you can promote your shop, product line etc, but be fair to all the users.
Please inquire about any other policies or rules that may be written. We have yet to enforce a no refund policy because we’ve had a great group of vendors. We want to keep it that way. If you’re unsure of the policies or rules, contact the forum administrator. All sales are 100 % final.
