Goal: LOUD
Class: SS1-2
Car: 1995 Ford Escort 2dr HB

I will be bringing you all. As much info and pictures as I can over the coming 2 months leading up to the 3X in May.

This is my 1st serious SPL build so I am still learning as hopefully you all will be too.

The car will be a daily driver, but with a little luck and skill hopefully I can be as loud as some of people and cars that I have seen and talked to.

Here's the stuff ready to move over to the shop from my 4th floor apartment.

Some batts to play with. I'll need 8 new ones but these will do for some testing and playing.


A new computer that I picked up for 115$ that I'll use my new mic on.

Those RS guys look like they mean business.
Well Rowan just looks confused...

We still have to dig the wagon out of the snow bank at Rowans place. But we are probably gonna start are new build soon.

How the hell are you gonna use that escort as a daily driver? The Aries is a bigger car and it had suspension and brake issues, not to mention a lack of power. (EVEN THOUGH IT HAS A RE-BUILT MOTOR AND TRANS.) I couldn't imagine your SPLcort (SPL escort)as a daily driver, just call me closed minded.

Good luck with the system as well as whatever automotive upgrades you have planned.

I think its time to buy a daily beater martin
i don't think you will be as competitive as you want to be with out putting some serious weight in there first (concrete and MDF adds up pretty quick).....i guess we will see

My escort will take it! I still had lots of getup and go last year with 2 batts and my wall.
Infact I left a nice long burnout strip at FX audio in the Groove one day when me and ___(Ray's brother) were playing.
